We don't have flag of our own brand to impose upon you. Instead we find out what is unique about you and develop your own brand. We work with resorts that want to rediscover the reasons why their owners purchased their timeshare in the first place and have a resort they feel proud of to call their vacation home. Our speciality is working with Associations that have been sold out and the original Developer is no longer part of the picture.
What we have is a team that have gone back to the basics of taking care of the owners and guests one by one. Each owner and guest is important. We don't believe in being a management company that manages upwards of 50,000 members or more as that just leads to your names being lost in the masses. We focus on personalized service which can only be done in a small and intimate setting. We tailor our services to each resort and personalize it to them based on our shared vision for your property. We uncover what makes staying at your resort unique.
We communicate and engage with owners, the board of directors, and the employees to ensure we are all on the same page. We don't just say this... we deliver on it.
WE DEVELOP IN HOUSE RESALES PROGRAMS
The dilemma facing most associations that are sold out is they are now seeing a small fraction of their weeks and inventory coming back due to foreclosures of change of life style events. We develop in house resales programs to get the inventory back out to a dues paying owners.
WE OWN TIMESHARE
We are also timeshare owners. We understand the relationship of the owner to the association which helps us become better resort operators.
WE REPOSITION YOUR RESORT
Chances are things have changed over the years. Demand has moved and you must address and re-create your resort's business strategy going forward. You're competing with owners who have multiple vacation decisions and no longer see the value in your property. Or you're competing with other hotels for rental guests.
Blue Mountain Resorts will take a fresh look at your resort and do the necessary research to develop a repositioning plan and then execute the strategy. We look at your destination, identify your current and desired segments; conduct a competitive analysis and provide recommendations on improvements focusing on the resort's competitive edge.
